I3 - Influence Inspire Impact - The Era Just Begins!

We hope to read something like this when we wake up in 2023, but currently it's 2014 and we have set our footsteps into the world of being a platform for growth for youth. I3 is "A Conference Based Program, A Change Driven Program.". This platform understood the discrepancies in the existing models of learning for youth from educational institutions to personality development institutes. The platform also was able to gauge the tremendous potential of youth going under-utilized and the vast diversity of problems that confront the modern society.

This platform tries to stand as an example of culmination of education with execution, Influence with Inspiration, Solutions for Youth and Problems of society and overall achieve growth for youth through impact on society. The platform is a brainchild of the renowned Inspirational Speaker & Entrepreneur Sujit lalwani and has been brought to reality by the terrific team of IU. The team has run pilots at various levels from Schools & Colleges to Companies. Having seen the success of the model of combining individual growth with tackling of problems of society the Team IU has given its life to make I3 come to reality.

This platform is already being compared to TED; Some have said it could be like the Toast Masters; while, Some say it will follow Global Entrepreneurship Council Model. None of this is true, none of this necessarily needs to be false. The root of all organizations is growth and hence similarities are bound to exist but each have their reason and vision for existence individually and so does I3. I3 has been brought to life to empower the massive force of YOUTH by helping them get direction from established experts from various fields; help them achieve terrific personal growth through the TAKE AWAY PROJECTS; eventually help the society progress leaps and bounds through the impact targeted by this organization.

It is a venture that is vision driven, to create a community of youth who will be most directed, diversely experienced and enriched, inclined towards social entrepreneurship models, and always out to MAKE THINGS HAPPEN - To Influence Inspire Impact.
