i3 Conference in Season 4 at Bangalore witnesses Mr Chetan Yallapurkar, The Founder of Mark Your Trails.

With the vision of inspiring entrepreneurship and encouraging volunteerism the platform of i3 was given birth and when it witnessed Mr Chetan yallapurkar(The founder of Mark Your Trails & Adventor) today sharing his lessons from travel it only made the delegates believe the dream that they had taken on the first conference of becoming global leaders.

Delegates listened to the story with utmost earnest ears and they drew terrific lessons. Today's audience had a mix of engineering students, students from arts, commerce and some professionals.

One of the delegates Chetan S Hugar shared on twitter "Life is all about living the moment!! #i3" from his twitter handle @chethansh_tw wanting to tell the world that he was overwhelmed with the conference and it indeed was one of his best. He felt that he was inspired like never before and now believes that everything in his life is very easy.

The delegates took the project of creating taste from waste and they are now planning to team up in various ways with their friends, family and others to make an impact. One of the delegates Mr Subramanya claimed that generally he would be tired after a conference but today he went on to study immediately after reaching home. This is what happens when inspiration becomes unlimited.

Romel said "I am teaming up with one of the delegates to now make a video where I shall travel and he shall give the voice over and we shall submit to chetan sir" after the conference where he was advised to make a video by Mr Chetan yallapurkar when he asked how he could become a travel artist. This is what happens at i3 that people get best advises from those who have been there and done it and then they start implementing immediately. This is a true example of influence, inspire and immediate impact.

I3 - Frequently Asked Questions - FAQs - So far!

A lot of people across Bangalore have now heard about I3 and are willing to take a step forward to register for this terrific platform. Their belief will surely not be let down considering the terrific performance the team is willing to deliver. As the platform is being shared with more and more people questions are bound to come and we are willing to answer them to the best we can. We are here to stay, so feel free to ASK.

Following are a few questions that have come frequently:

1. Where are the conferences going to be held? 
-> The conferences are going to be held in any of the auditoriums in the city. The venues will be communicated prior to conferences. The whole thrill of I3 is in its uncertainty and we will make sure you will have a lot of reasons to experience the same.

2. What if the auditorium is far? 
There cannot be any corner of Bangalore that could be far enough not to get reached within 90 minutes of travel on weekdays and less than 60 minutes of travel on sundays. Since the conferences are going to happen on Sundays you could buy 2 hours additional for I3 from your life and assume that this event would last 5 hours in total every week. If it is worth it, it is worth the travel. We appreciate this question but definitely not more than we appreciate the quality of impact I3 is capable of having on individuals. There are people willing to travel districts every single sunday as long as this is going to transform their lives. We hope the distance factor won't play a role in your decision making. There is quote that goes like this "To go the distance, you must be willing to go the distance.."

3. Why aren't the 4th/5th years or working people allowed?
Different organizations have different standards, we have ours. We believe that students of first 3 years of graduation are ideally suited to make the most of  this platform. Those that have passed that age and are truly willing to utilize the platform we still make available the attendee passes for them. The only difference is that those with the attendee passes do not get official certifications from I3. If that stops anyone from being a part of the conferences, we understand the reasons deeper why we decided to stick to the first three years of graduation.

4. Who are the Counselors?
The Counselors are the experts from various industrial/professional backgrounds. They have, through their experience, earned wisdom and stories that are worth sharing, hence, we invite them to join us to mould our I3 Delegates. If this question at all means the names of the counselors, then, it definitely is a total surprise every single weekend. IU has a reputation of delivering more than what it promises and it shall keep upto, when it comes to I3 in much bigger ways. The Counselors will address the conference's agenda and share insights on life as a whole too. The delegates are allowed to network with the counselor and hence the relationship continues for those who wish to seek mentorship in the long term.

5. Who are delegates?
Every individual who enrolls into I3 from the first 3 years of graduation is termed a delegate.

6. Can we Back out or quit?
I3 is not meant for quitters under any circumstances. We want people to look forward to Life as much as we want them to look forward to I3. There is no reason for quitting and even if there is, there is no option in I3 created for such people with such genuine reasons. Once you have decided to make the payment the only way out is to make the most of this platform. The price for what is being offered is pea-nuts and the decision is not being taken at gun-point and hence we believe in relieving ourselves of the quitters before they could even jump in.

I3 - Influence Inspire Impact - The Era Just Begins!

Jan 1, 2023: "...we just can wonder if we are being the hardest hit generation or the most hit generation or the most diversely hit generation. The fact is we are being hit by various brands from various segments for various requirements. Despite all of that for noodles it's Maggi, For photocopy it's xerox, For OS it's Windows or Mac, For Phones it's Apple or Samsung, For Coffee it's CCD or Starbucks, likewise for growth it's I3 or IU."

We hope to read something like this when we wake up in 2023, but currently it's 2014 and we have set our footsteps into the world of being a platform for growth for youth. I3 is "A Conference Based Program, A Change Driven Program.". This platform understood the discrepancies in the existing models of learning for youth from educational institutions to personality development institutes. The platform also was able to gauge the tremendous potential of youth going under-utilized and the vast diversity of problems that confront the modern society.

This platform tries to stand as an example of culmination of education with execution, Influence with Inspiration, Solutions for Youth and Problems of society and overall achieve growth for youth through impact on society. The platform is a brainchild of the renowned Inspirational Speaker & Entrepreneur Sujit lalwani and has been brought to reality by the terrific team of IU.
